Our current rate for storage is $15/TB/year
(no minimum or commitment required, pay for what you use, prorated to the GB)

Standard Back-up options:

Snapshots (backups) are only taken in the event of a change in the data pool and are incremental in that they only consume the volume associated with the changes in content between the snapshots.

S0 - Scratch (no backups of any kind)

If you delete something, it's gone.  If the hardware dies, it's gone.  You should not use this for anything you really care about or that would be challenging to replace.

Sandbox Space (10 day running window of 250 hourly snapshots)snapshots, ~10 days)

250 snapshots: one every hour until 250 are reached (around 10 days). Once 250 are reached, the oldest snapshot will be deleted to accommodate new snapshots.

Data Storage FAQ

• Snapshots will only back up data that has changed.
• Snapshots are skipped if no changes have occurred.
• Snapshots are compressed and do not take up the full amount of space as the original storage. This can vary depending on the type of data stored.
• at least 10 daily snapshots are always saved.
• High turnover in data can result in the use of more space do to the the snapshot stream growth.
